birthday invitations

We are getting so excited for Lucy’s 5th birthday~ only 3 more weeks! Today we worked on her birdie birthday invitations.

We bought blank notecards from Michaels, and I printed the birthday party information on them. (That part probably took me the longest~ trying over and over to get the text to print just right on the cards.)

Because her birthday is bird themed, we decided to decorate her invitations with cute little birdies. It was easy! We punched out circles and glued them to the front of the invitations and then drew the birds with black marker.

Lucy can’t wait to pass out her homemade birthday invitations next week!
