Ready to get busy coloring? It can be such a relaxing activity and many studies show coloring canĀ reduce anxiety, create focus or bring about more mindfulness- all things good for both kids and adults!
There are many other benefits to coloring:

  • Improve motor skills in children
  • Improve hand-eye coordination
  • Improve confidence and self-esteem by feeling the success of completing a task

Another thing I love about coloring is you can bring it anywhere you go. Whether you’re traveling, at a restaurant or visiting friends or family, you can bring your coloring pages and/or book along with some coloring materials and you’re all set.
