This free Mother’s Day card template PDF is adorable. It’s also perfect for a last minute project or if you are looking for a simple activity to make for moms, grandmothers and other special women in your child’s life.
There are two free flower bouquet printables which allow for creating the card in two different ways. One is a full, vertical sheet. The other has the design on right side so you can fold a sheet of paper in half for a regular sized card. I’ll go into more details below.

Materials
- Paper or white cardstock
- Markers, crayons or colored pencils. (We love these fine point markers.)

Full Size Mother’s Day Card Printable
You can print this full size Mother’s Day card printable on paper or cardstock. Simply color it with markers, crayons or colored pencils. Here are some ways to use it:
- Leave it as is.
- Mount it on colored construction paper so it has a nice border.
- Use it as the cover of a large card. Fold a 12 x 18 inch sheet of construction paper in half. Glue your completed Mother’s Day printable to the front.
- Glue the colored paper onto a piece of posterboard. Punch holes into the top two corners of the posterboard. Tie one large piece of yarn into the holes. Your student or child can wear it to surprise mom!
- Print the template out on watercolor paper and paint the design for a special look.
Folded Mother’s Day Card
Print out the folded Mother’s Day Card Template onto paper or Cardstock. Color the design on the front and fold in half. You can write a special message inside your card. Have fun creating!
