Our Spring Nature Table

spring nature table

Do you have a nature table or nature area in your house? Our nature table is one of our favorite things in our home. It’s a great way to bring a little outdoors inside, allowing the kids to reflect on the current season. Lucy and Theo love playing with all the nature treasures they’ve found and reorganizing our nature table in various ways.

Our nature table is slowly transitioning to spring~ flowers are frequently making their way into the basket, colorful eggs decorate the edges, and our wooden baby animals remind us of new life during this season. I can’t wait to see how our nature table changes throughout all the months of spring!

What items do you have on your spring nature table or set up in your nature area?

Fizz, Pop, Bang! 40 Playful Science and Math Activities for Kids

  1. This is so cute!
Where did you get the tiered stand?

    • Thanks, Jamie! I got mine quite a few years ago from The Wooden Wagon. I’ve also seen so many other creative ways people set theirs up!

  2. I love the idea of a nature table and will have to ask my husband to make something for us! Right now all our nature treasures come in the house and end up spread all over and often get lost so I love the idea of having them on a lovely table to admire!

    • How neat would that be for your husband to make something for all the little nature treasures! I would LOVE to see it if you end up doing this!

  3. Great idea! I like your use of wood for the table, and that it can be used year-round. Thanks for linking up to Mom’s Library this week!
