Yes, Joanna, I use the little pillow thing in the bottom. I’ve never tried it without it so not sure how that would work. It’s definitely easy just pouring the solution on top! 🙂

I’ve never tried dumping the solution directly into the warmer, but it would be a lot easier than the way I did it, which was to wet each wipe, roll, and place in the warmer!
