We made her a little coffee table with Lego mats so she can make a small town with her Legos in our living room. She loves to play with the table often… and I love that it gets her off the tv.

My daughter on the other hand, she would LOVE the juice bar theme.

I’m super excited for the summer set which is all jungle theme. We prefer the minidolls, mostly because they are more realistic for the girls. With the Disney Princess line, there’s really no reason to have many other dolls, especially the dreaded Barbies who’s pieces always get lost.

Although truth be told I much prefer the regular Legos where there’s no pre-determined setting (e.g. juice bar). I know it’s hard because Legos does a ton of that stuff, but I like the basic blocks and shapes and let my kid go to town thinking up his own thing.

What do you prefer—the regular Legos or the ones that more pre-determined? I imagine there are pros and cons to both.
