I LOVE your photos! That looks like such a fun set - I will have to add it to my Sophie's wish list. I especially love the juicer or blender with the colored bits inside, so creative. I love how my kids get creative with LEGO!

We love Legos at our house and even though are little one is only 3, we found a great deal for 10+ Friends sets on Craigslist and my daughter loves playing with them often. We made her a little coffee table with Lego mats so she can make a small town with her Legos in our living room. She loves to play with the table often... and I love that it gets her off the tv.

We love Legos but We don't really get too into the themes, my son prefers to let his imagination take flight without a theme to guide him. My daughter on the other hand, she would LOVE the juice bar theme.

With 3 girls, we're all about Lego Friends. I'm super excited for the summer set which is all jungle theme. We prefer the minidolls, mostly because they are more realistic for the girls. With the Disney Princess line, there's really no reason to have many other dolls, especially the dreaded Barbies who's pieces always get lost.

This looks fun! Although truth be told I much prefer the regular Legos where there's no pre-determined setting (e.g. juice bar). I know it's hard because Legos does a ton of that stuff, but I like the basic blocks and shapes and let my kid go to town thinking up his own thing.

What do you prefer—the regular Legos or the ones that more pre-determined? I imagine there are pros and cons to both.
