					<description><![CDATA[Hey Chelsey, that&#039;s the same design I invented from scratch in 2011 in our physics department when we needed to make a large number of these for kids visiting our Sierra College Natural History Museum during Dinosaur Day and didn&#039;t want to buy 1000 eyedroppers. The biology department had boxes and boxes of those little pipettes, but they were plastic and would not sink, so we used metal washers (instead of the nut), because we could add or subtract washers for the ideal buoyancy.
Usually, they are designed to sink when we squeeze them. If you want to see how to make one that RISES when you squeeze it, let me know. :)]]></description>
